Angela Henske

It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Angela Henske, who left her Earthly life on August 10, 2024. Born on October 6, 1972, Angela was a vibrant soul whose passion and love touched the lives of everyone around her. She is predeceased by her beloved parents, Andrew and Marilyn Henske, who surely welcomed her with open arms. Angela was a cherished sister, mother, an aunt, and a loving partner. She leaves behind her siblings: Andrew, Bill, John, Joe, and Andrea, each of whom carries their own special memories of her spirit. Angela was a proud mother to her daughter, Ashley Lauren. She was a proud aunt to her nieces and nephews—Mallory, Hanna, Elise, Jordi, David, Drew, Willa, Joseph, Katherine, William, Caroline, James, John Michael, and Mary Grace. Angela shared a life with her longtime partner, John Kennedy. Angela was a proud 1990 graduate of Ursuline Academy. She continued her educational pursuits at Sanford Brown Nursing School, where she earned her degree as a Licensed Practical Nurse in 1995. Angela dedicated her career to caring for others at Kindred Hospital, where her compassionate nature and gentle touch made a lasting impact on countless lives. Beyond her professional achievements, Angela had a passion for life that was evident in all she did. She found joy in nurturing her garden, creating culinary delights, and entertaining friends and family. Angela had a deep appreciation for nature, often finding solace by the water, at the beach, and during those breathtaking sunsets that painted the sky with hues of orange and pink—moments that she cherished and shared with those she loved through her countless pictures. Angela’s spirit will forever live on in the hearts of her family and friends. Her legacy of love, compassion, and joy will continue to inspire all who had the privilege of knowing her. As we remember Angela, let us celebrate her life—a life filled with love, laughter, and a commitment to nurturing the beauty in both nature and relationships. In honor of Angela, we encourage those who knew her to carry forward her legacy of kindness, to embrace the beauty of the world around us, and to cherish the moments we have with our loved ones. Visitation will be held on Friday, August 16, 2024, 4-8pm, Bopp Chapel, 10610 Manchester Rd., Kirkwood. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 17, 2024, at 11am at Twin Oaks Presbyterian Church, 1230 Big Bend Road, Ballwin. Interment Bellerive Gardens Cemetery. Repast following the service.
