    Frances Barbara Ann Hagrman

    April 2, 1945 - December 15, 2017

Frances Barbara Ann Hagrman Beloved wife, mother, grandmother and teacher, passed away on the morning of December 15, 2017. Francie was born on April 2, 1945, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She was one of six children born to Howard and Margaret Wattenbach. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Marquette University before moving to St. Louis to work at McDonnell Douglas. There she met Raymond Lee Hagrman, and they married one year later in 1970. Soon after, they had three children between 1971 and 1973: Daniel, Michelle and Barbara. Eight years later their family became complete with the birth of Maureen. Francie and Ray are blessed to have four grandchildren: Alexander, Brandon, Douglas and Caitlin. Some of Francie’s favorite things to do were playing with her grandchildren, tending to her flowers and plants, tutoring at St. Charles County Community College and spoiling her grandpuppies. Francie was a faithful member of the Catholic community. She was a longtime member of Assumption Parish in O’Fallon, Missouri, before moving to Creve Coeur and joining St. Monica Parish. She will be remembered most for her sense of humor and loving nature. Visitation will be held from 10-11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, December 20, at Ortmann Stipanovich Funeral Home, 12444 Olive Blvd., Creve Coeur, MO 63141. A Mass will follow at 12 p.m. at St. Monica Church, 12136 Olive Blvd., Creve Coeur.
